Your packed shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Items can be shipped via Australia Post or Australian Air Express.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping and Handling fees are fixed depending on the shipping option you choose. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders are received and despatched from Wacol, Brisbane in Queensland.

No International delivery is available at this time.

Order tracking

We will notify you by email when your order is confirmed and again when it is shipped. When your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number which can be accessed by logging into your account on our website. Tracking numbers are only provided for orders that use a shipping option which provides a tracking service.

Where can we deliver to?

We can deliver to Australia only. When placing your order, if your country does not appear on the drop down list, we are unable to ship there.  

How will it arrive?

You have a choice of 2 carriers: Australia Post and Australian Air Express.

 

My order is late

As packages cross borders they may need to go through customs. Usually this happens very quickly and does not affect the shipping time for your order. However, every now and then it can cause a delay. Unfortunately this is out of our control so we'll keep wishing for someone to invent time machines, or faster planes.

If your order is late, please use the tracking number provided.

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.

 

Can I send an order to someone else?

The 'billing' address must be your own, however you can make the 'delivery' address someone else's. Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it's also a good idea to use your own email address.
 

How will it come packaged?

Our priority is getting your order to it's destination on time and in good condition. The packaging is very sturdy and designed to protect your order on it's way to you. We don't send any invoices or payment information with orders.

Posters arrive rolled up in a mailing tube. All other wall art, laminated prints and calendars are boxed flat. T-shirts are packaged in soft protective garment bags. If your order contains a few different products, they might be shipped as several separate packages, arriving several days apart.

Unfortunately we are unable to personalize your order with a message or gift wrapping.
